내가 본 4가지 포지션 정리
이 내용을 정리하면서 느낀 건, 한국에 있는 대다수 중소형 SI(계열) 에이전시의 직원분(들)은 PO(Product Onwer)가 맞는 것 같다고 생각한다. 왜냐하면 책임과 권한의 크기 때문이다.
결국 차이는 '책임'과 '권한' 그리고 '업무의 깊이도' 이다.
○ 책임과 권한의 크기

Project Manager : 프로젝트의 예산부터 프로젝트 총 일정 그리고 정책을 조절하는 사람. 부서의 장급, 중대형 프로젝트의 대표 of 대표.
Project Onwer : 프로젝트 중 특정 파트를 담당하거나 특정 서비스를 담당하는 관리자(매니저). 서비스/제품에 문제가 있을시 업무의 우선 순위를 정하고 때론 고객과 다른 부서와 소통하는 포지션.
*이번 조사를 하면서 재미있었던 경험은 기획을 제외한 모든 영어 포지션(Position)은 ChatGPT에게 물어봤다는 것이다.
○ 기획자의 시초와 정의
한국에서는 90년대 후반 웹 포털 서비스가 발전하면서 웹 개발자와 비지니스맨 사이의 간극을 줄여줄 사람 필요.

기획자(업무)가 정의한 요구사항을 시스템에 적용하는 방안(DB설계, 화면설계, I/F설계) 을 마련한다.
